"TRITOTUTTO" Industrial grinders for plastic waste recovery

With a low investment and running costs, the grinders ISVE TRITOTUTTO eliminates the problem of recovering large volumes of reject plastic parts. Thanks to the high cutting torque and low rpm, the chopping group is quiet and with its for shafts it is ideal for grasping round or cylindrical parts that tend to escape in traditional two shaft chopping machines.

CHOPPING PHASES

PHASE 1

The part to be chopped is rested on the cutter group.
No "pusher" needs to be fitted for chopping.

PHASE 2

When the machine is started, the insertion discs immediately start to "grasp" the drum, forcing the entry of the cutter group

The special conformation of the teeth causes a continuous holding action on the material.

PHASE 4

The cut pieces that have not reached the desired grain size, are recycled for further grinding.
The Tritotutto permits pieces as small as 12-14 mm. to be obtained.
