2008-03-18 NEW COMBI100/80D Recently one of the COMBI 100/80D models was optimised to shred 1m³ plastic tanks. The 4-shaft shredding mechanism takes the container (without the need for a pusher) and coarsely cuts it. The shredded material is unloaded directly into a granulator provided with a 700 mm blade and 12 mm screen. The pneumatic conveyor system conveys the ground material in big-bags. The main features of the machinery are its high output (approximately 55-60 tanks/hour), low installed load (equal to 40 KW) and contained operating costs. Multiple tanks may be placed on the feeding belt to be shred automatically without requiring the intervention of an operator. The machinery powers down sequentially beginning with the shredder then gradually the granulator and aspirator. In this way cleaning time is minimised. 2008-03-10 LINE FOR BUMPERS ISVE’s line of shredders for bumpers was designed to satisfy the needs of small-medium size users interested in a complete and functional system with reduced investment costs. This solution was obtained without compromises through the automatic management of all components by means of a dedicated PLC. Bumpers are fed into the hopper of the 80/80D 4-shaft shredder, which reduces them to pieces in sizes up to 30x30 mm. The neodymium deferrization system, connected to the shredder by a conveyor-belt, separates possible ferrous metals from the plastic, which is then conveyed to and shredded by the GR480 granulator. The 10 mm ground material is sucked up, free of dust and automatically conveyed into collection big-bags. All the machinery is managed automatically, monitoring the consumption of the motors of both the shredder and the granulator for optimal operation of the system. 2008-01-08 I.S.V.E. NEW SHOW-ROOM In order to better introduce its range of well 37 different models among shredders, grinders, combined systems and granulators, I.S.V.E. Srl have just realized a modern show room to use as test room. In this equipped area, customers could directly try our equipments with theirs own material samples. Loading tapes and automatic packaging systems allow to pick up the treated product for a careful control of the sizes and an esteem of the hour productivity of the system.
2007-04-12 Plant for separating prepacked liquid waste ISVE has recently designed a plant to enable the separation of prepacked liquid waste. The classic application concerns companies whose main activity is bottling and packing of drinks, fruit juice, mineral water, etc. A loading belt transports the material into a four-shaft model 80/80E shredder. The machine will break the bottles, while a stainless steel mesh belt will separate the liquid part from the remaining material. Then PET parts or similar materials are then unloaded into Big-Bags, while liquids are roughly filtered and transported to the depuration plants. This system can treat up to 150-180 bottles a minute and it can reduce costs for disposal of expired or faulty lots.
