Pursuant to article 13 of Law Decree 196/2003, we wish to inform you that dispatch of electronic mail through the reserved area involves the immediate acquisition of the sender's e-mail address and any other personal data contained in the dispatched text. Such data will be processed using both electronic and paper media by persons specifically appointed by the processing controller Company in order to reply to your enquiries (notifications or the dispatch of information material regarding corporate activities) and will not be notified or disclosed. The transmission of data is free and optional, nevertheless failure to notify data indicated in "red", which are indispensable, could result in the impossibility of obtaining whatever is required.
As provided by art. 7 of the Italian civil code, you are entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence, updating, amendment, stoppage and cancellation of the processed data.
